Do something for someone else that you know will make them feel good. If it has sucked bad enough, and for long enough, you might even begin to question is it worthwhile to endure the suckiness. The usual solutions that are offered to people who are claiming that life sucks are to think positive, show gratitude for what you have, take action and do something about it. Whatever it is for YOU, eliminate it from your life maybe permanently. Gratitude, like happiness, is not a random feeling or emotion. Moving forward is all about working with your mind and thoughts.
